4dno Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

01 Acceptance of Terms

Active use of the 4dno platform — including simply browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, joining any game, or claiming any bonus — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is final and legally binding.

These Terms apply in conjunction with other supporting documents published by 4dno, including the Privacy Policy and responsible gaming policies. In the event of any conflict between those documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing by 4dno.

02 Registration Eligibility

To register and use the 4dno platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while using the platform:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration and throughout the entire period of platform use.
• Does not fall under the category of individuals prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under the laws or regulations applicable in your place of residence.

• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4dno reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is conducted through secure and confidential document verification. Accounts that cannot verify their eligibility will be suspended until verification is complete.

03 Player Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 4dno platform. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 4dno will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to the 4dno support team immediately.

Transferring an account to another party, whether for free or for payment, is prohibited. Each account is for the sole use of the registered owner.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

4dno supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful transaction verification.

For withdrawals, the following conditions must be met:

• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as stated in the financial section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal business hours.

The general terms applicable to all 4dno bonuses are as follows:

• Each player is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.

09 Account Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the 4dno support team. Prior to closure, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal policy.

11 Terms Changes
